Correct (not in the Requires here:
https://github.com/theforeman/foreman-packaging/blob/rpm/1.13/rubygem-foreman_setup/rubygem-foreman_setup.spec)
- setup adds whole new views but doesn't need to modify existing ones, so
no Deface required.
