I recently upgraded from 1.13.0 to 1.13.2, and everything looked good
initially However I had an issue come up now where I get a 500 ISE when
trying to update any operating system entry.
I turned on debug logging (for everything app,sql,templates, ldap,
permissions) to get more info, but I get zero output regarding this
error. There is no evidence that the app received the POST in question. I
see it on the wire in a packet capture but nothing in the logs.

I can upload the debug file if needed but the above it the os/application
information. I am also running with passenger.
Any ideas?
