Hi I have a attached a screenshot of the Foreman UI. I've noticed since a rebuild and upgrade to 1.14 that we have duplicated OS's when selecting for a host. The OS's are not duplicated under Operating System's under "provisioning setup". Is this a bug or is there a way to fix it?
