Hello LuKas,

  I updated kickstart template as you suggested.
I could provision hosts without any errors. it is working as expected.

I changed kickstart template as below

before: wget -q -O /dev/null --no-check-certificate <%= foreman_url %>

current: wget -q -O /dev/null --no-check-certificate <%=
foreman_url('built') %>
