Have you found a solution for this, I'm running into the same problem with 1.15, it defaults to the IP it already has which fails saying it is already in use. If I try to change the IP I'm prompted to overwrite lease cause it sees a lease already in use for the MAC, but then that fails with: F12-0635 [ProxyAPI::ProxyException]: Unable to delete DHCP entry for f0:1f:af:e5:40:c5 ([RestClient::BadRequest]: 400 Bad Request)
