First issue resolved by replacing "User.find" by "User.unscoped.find" in
restore_curent_user method in
/opt/theforeman/tfm/root/usr/share/gems/gems/foreman-tasks-0.9.1/app/lib/actions/middleware/keep_current_user.rb
