Package: unhide
Version: 20071102-2
Severity: normal

If I use unhide.posix on a current kernel (2.4.35.3) I get the message
that the kernel would be to old (FATAL: kernel too old) and it
segfaults.

The problem seems to be that you linked it to a glibc 2.7 and glibc
seems to give those absurd message.

It can be discussable if this is a bug of glibc but this doesn't help.
So is it possible to build unhide with a glibc which is not such buggy?
I suggest a
   Build-Depends: libc6-dev (< 2.4.0)

But well, I know that this package is in unstable and testing only. But
I see it as very useful tool on stable too. And yes, I am a bit scared
about the release date of the next stable as this make all my servers to
get not upgradable as long as kernel 2.6 do not enter a stable state
(and kernel 2.7 is announced).
