Following up from IRC: If you are booting with extlinux and want to chain through to booting from windows, you do this by adding one line to one file and running one command.
In /etc/bootloader.conf add a line: other other0 "Windows" /dev/sdb1 ...replacing "/dev/sdb1" with whatever partition you have Windows installed on. Then run the command: bootman That will add a stanza to /boot/extlinux/extlinux.conf that will chain-load to the Windows installation.
