Xfce-green is based on the original Xfce theme btw., and I sync them
from time to time.

This is an enhancement/tweak of Xfce-green, yes. And yes, the gtk3 theme
has been updated as well.
I added it as a separate theme to give people a chance to check it out.
I didn't want to just barge in and unilaterally replace Xfce-green right
off the bat. (=
