It works fine from fdev. also tested to create teamviewer in
foresighters repo and commit a new "teamviewer" package from my
computer. And also works fine.
Everything seems fine now. Thanks for everything so far.

This is either due to a configuration difference that I just now fixed,
or due to a relatively recent conary change. We're still using apache,
but the rPathians have switched to nginx+gunicorn and so might not be
affected by this apache peculiarity.
Please feel free to run your promote command on fdev; that won't push
lots of bits across the ocean... That will test whether my config
change was enough to deal with the problem.
