The problem we ran into was the "Linux" flag not being added for
the Linux ABI.  It is now set correctly, and we have a dependency
complete group-standard imported into the repository.  It still
clocks in at over half a GB so I suspect it can be trimmed further.

We are using GroupSetRecipe for the group.  For those still used to
the old GroupRecipe: This group, including resolving dependencies
for group-standard, takes about 30 seconds to build.

On to importing more packages!
