Added the following to the rmakerc to fix
proxyMap f20s1.flnx.org DIRECT
Pretty sure this would work also
proxyMap *.flnx.org DIRECT
Added some additional stuff to the staging labels

remove net-tools from baserequires and rebuild autoload packages
package tar and unzip
package info-rmake info-rmake-chroot
add distro-policy
tar
unzip
info-rmake <-- group-rmake
info-rmake-chroot
to group-conary-packages
