hi,

is anyone following what's happening with fedora.next?

http://fedoramagazine.org/fedora-present-and-future-a-fedora-next-2014-update-part-iv-a-base-design/
has some interesting details that would be good for us too, notably for example
the cleaning up of package scripts.

a selfhosting base with a minimal set of needed build-dependencies is also
interesting.

also check out the other posts in that series.

the latest one is
http://fedoramagazine.org/fedora-present-and-future-a-fedora-next-2014-update-part-iv-b-environments-and-stacks/
others are linked from that post.

greetings, martin.
