Paul, Let me start with a huge THANKS for all you have done, you have done great things for us. It was apparent what an asset you were to us when you took your break, you are great at helping to keep focus and wrangling folks like me. Your participation will be missed, but I am sure we will stay close. Thanks again and best wishes!
