Good catch, this is indeed strange. If it's update (instead of erase),
it wouldn't throw the error "WebKit:devel=1.1.10-0.1-1 (Erased)"...

Previously, $ conary q WebKit --labels --troves --flavors
webkit=foresight.rpath....@fl:2-devel/1.1.10-0.1-1[is: x86]
  WebKit:data=foresight.rpath....@fl:2-devel/1.1.10-0.1-1[is: x86]
  WebKit:devel=foresight.rpath....@fl:2-devel/1.1.10-0.1-1[is: x86]
  WebKit:devellib=foresight.rpath....@fl:2-devel/1.1.10-0.1-1[is: x86]
  WebKit:lib=foresight.rpath....@fl:2-devel/1.1.10-0.1-1[is: x86]
  WebKit:locale=foresight.rpath....@fl:2-devel/1.1.10-0.1-1[is: x86]
  WebKit:runtime=foresight.rpath....@fl:2-devel/1.1.10-0.1-1[is: x86]
  WebKit:supdoc=foresight.rpath....@fl:2-devel/1.1.10-0.1-1[is: x86]
webkit=gnome.rpath....@gnome:trunk/svn.r30001-2-1[is: x86]
  WebKit:lib=gnome.rpath....@gnome:trunk/svn.r30001-2-1[is: x86]

Now it looks quite normal,
[je...@gnome ~]$ conary q WebKit:devel
WebKit:devel=gnome.rpath....@gnome:trunk/1.1.11-1-1
[je...@gnome ~]$ conary q WebKit:devellib
WebKit:devellib=gnome.rpath....@gnome:trunk/1.1.11-1-1
[je...@gnome ~]$ conary q WebKit --troves
webkit=gnome.rpath....@gnome:trunk/1.1.11-1-1
  WebKit:data=gnome.rpath....@gnome:trunk/1.1.11-1-1
  WebKit:devel=gnome.rpath....@gnome:trunk/1.1.11-1-1
  WebKit:devellib=gnome.rpath....@gnome:trunk/1.1.11-1-1
  WebKit:lib=gnome.rpath....@gnome:trunk/1.1.11-1-1
  WebKit:locale=gnome.rpath....@gnome:trunk/1.1.11-1-1
  WebKit:runtime=gnome.rpath....@gnome:trunk/1.1.11-1-1
  WebKit:supdoc=gnome.rpath....@gnome:trunk/1.1.11-1-1

I didn't try sync or migrate since I don't know about them. I can
rollback and try them if needed.
