I had to patch gnome-packagekit 2.28 to make it work with our backend. It didn't work because we don't support GetDepend and GetRequired. and we don't have pk_get_distro_update. I will start looking into improving our backend asap, but if you have some time again, you could do it faster. look at gnome-packagekit:source *quickfix* patches, to see what I had to change to make it 'work'. I think we should try to get our backend as complete as possible. Unfortunatly we can't easily move to pkgkit 0.5 because it needs newer policykit iirc.
