You'd need a minimum of 6-8 servers with 4-8 GB of memory to do this reasonably. You could reasonably make use of about 12. If this still sounds interesting and possible, I'll happily outline specific server requirements in more detail. I'd suspect that the best way to do this is to let us log in to your systems and work together on doing the build (within rPath, we've shared this work by using shared screen sessions).
