what i'd like it to say is more like: if runtime is not installed, then
probably that is what the user wanted to do. so suggest to use install
instead.

it doesn't work:
# conary q skype
skype was not found
# conary update skype
The following updates will be performed:
    Install skype=2.1.0.81-0.9-1
continue with update? [Y/n]
Applying update job:
    Install skype=2.1.0.81-0.9-1
# conary install skype
(that does nothing now)
# conary q skype
skype=2.1.0.81-0.9-1
# conary q skype --troves
skype=2.1.0.81-0.9-1
# conary rb 1
The following actions will be performed:
Job 1 of 1
    Erase   skype=foresight.rpath....@fl:2-qa/2.1.0.81-0.9-1
continue with rollback? [y/N] y
Applying update job:
    Erase   skype=2.1.0.81-0.9-1
# conary install skype
The following updates will be performed:
    Install skype(:config :data :runtime)=2.1.0.81-0.9-1
continue with update? [Y/n]
