I would prefer a JPA-Cartridge. Because JPA is standard it mustn't directly
connected to Hibernate.
The cartridge should be Framework-Dependency-Free.
As extension to this cartridge it would be nice if Framework-specific
extensions were supported. The could be done with Variant-Support.
