Sure, you can turn it off completely with generator property
generate.serviceContext=false

or you can control it on method level by overwriting the transformation,
which adds the parameter.

It is in Transformation.ext
modifyServiceContextParameter(Service service)
modifyServiceContextParameter(ServiceOperation operation)
