Hi,
we generate Java from MagicDraw UML diagrams. Generics support works well
for associations between classes, i.e. we get a generic
Collection<AssociatedType> on the 1 side of the association.

But I want to define a method that is supposed to return a generic
collection type like  Collection<MyDomainSpecificType>
getFilteredCollection().

What is necessary to make the Java cartridge generate methods with such
return types? I have found this article
http://www.eclipse.org/articles/article.php?file=Article-Defining-Generics-with-UML-Templates/index.html,
does it apply to the Fornax java cartridge?

Off-topic but just in case: Has anyone found out what to do in MagicDraw UML
to get such parameters or return types?

Best regards
Dietrich
