I agree with the hard error by default; I'm more mixed about the 
non-removable warning (but it seems there is already a majority for it).
But what I would like to add on the topic is that the question applies 
equally to all the deleted features.
The standard committee decided to explicitly not support those features; 
we should probably support none of them by default.
