This is not the release, but a SNAPSHOT. You will have either to
download teh 1.0.1 release, or if you want to keep going with the
snapshot, you will have to pull the core, realm and enmasse projectsand
build them locally.
SNAPSHOTs aren't pushed in a public repository.
The last release was 1.0.0 so that is what you should have for this dependency:
<fortress.realm.version>1.0.0</fortress.realm.version>
