Great question Stefan. wrt other components, that are dependent on the fortress-web. The apache-fortress-demo selenium tests pass which is an app is dependent on fortress-web. https://github.com/shawnmckinney/apache-fortress-demo/. Which is to say a wicket component that is dependent on the fortress-web (ostensibly for security purposes), still works. What else is implied by backward compatibility from one release to the next? Keep in mind there are four components to be included (core, realm, rest, web). Best regards, Shawn
