I'm not sure what the default user org unit is, you could try
inet.setOu("default");
or you can create one
OrgUnit orgUnit = delAdminMgr.add(new OrgUnit("my-ou", Type.USER));
inet.setOu(orgUnit.getName());

seems like you cannot reach the LDAP server. I guess you started it in
the Docker container, just try to see if you can connect it using Studio
first.
