Saya tidak sefaham kalau ibukota dipindahkan ke daerah lain manapun yg sudah ada kotanya, tetapi saya setuju pindah kalau dibuat ibukota baru, artinya sama sekali baru dari lahan kosong, sehingga infrastrukturnya benar2 baru dan futuristik. Dan saya setuju bertahap dulu!
