NLS BAD TRANSLATION IN QQRYMSG QRX3002
Error Description
On french system, customer has problems to modify queries
*QRYDFN created on release before R510.
the display "Display Constants Format" always appears with :

Use an SAA format to enter a date or time constant, or
use the format described by the following values.

This is an error from translation where the decimal and
thousands separators were not correctly localized to the
language. The translation will be corrected in the next release
The same problem will appear in all French variations (French
Canadian 2981, French MNCS 2940, French Belgian 2966 and French
2928). It appears that Spanish 2931 has the same translation
error. Development has given circumvention which should fix
this problem on the customer system. This same problem exists
in languages: 2922 2923 2926 2928 2931 2932 2933 2940 2942 2957
2963 2966 2978 2980 2981 2996

You can change the message description QRX3002 of the message
file QSYS/QQRYMSG from :

WRKMSGD QRX3002, then change the message so the period and the
comma are switched; thus changing the choices of decimal
separator and thousand separator. This may have to be done
against a specific NLV library QSYS29##; specify the NLV
library name for the message file.
