CHGJOBQE blablabla MAXACT(1) <--- cuando quieres limitar la cantidad de
trabajos por cola de trabajos
CHGSBSD blablabla MAXJOBS(1) <--- cuando quieres limitar la cantidad de
trabajos por subsistema, independientemente de la cola de trabajos
