no soy un experto , pero yo haria esto.
Alternativa 1)
Quiza
lo que puedes hacer es Arrancarlo a mano y ponerlo como trabajo de
prearranque.
Luego
del IPL controlas que este funcionando.
Alternativa 2)
Creas
otro subsistema y lo levantas en ese subsistema
