lo que pretendo hacer es eliminar espacios de la izquierda y derecha de una cadena.
Cuando digo %TRIM, hacía una comparación con el RPGLE, que utiliza esta instrucción para eso.

La funciones validas para el comparador logico
en un CLP (IF) son:
%SUBSTRING,
%SWITCH y
%BINARY
Pero no conozco %TRIM...¿Que se supone que hace?
Tengo V5.3 del OS400
