Pues si, yo en su dia me baje la utilidad WRKODBCJOB para poder ver más rápido cuando me pasan cosas de estas quien es el "culpable".

Son trabajos de pre-arranque, para dar servicio a las conexiones cliente-servidor.
Segun se necesitan se crean, aunque siempre hay un minimo activo.
