Ejecutando consultas SQL de insercion desde un programa Java me tira este error: java.sql.SQLException: [SQL7008] MER2E2F1 de MERFL no válido para la operación.
Buscando el código de error [SQL7008] encontre esto: "La base de datos realiza el control de compromiso mediante el registro por diario. Cualquier aplicación ODBC que se beneficia del control de compromiso necesitará registrar por diario los archivos que se utilizan." "Every time I have seen this message, it is because the file is not journaled (e.g. it wasn't created as part of a collection through SQL; probably was created using DDS). When using SQL and the default isolation level (or generally any isolation level other than NONE), an insert or update requires that the file be journaled (CRTJRNRCV, CRTJRN, then STRJRNPF)." O sea, debo journalizar todos los archivos que quiera actualizar? No hay otra solución?
