Imagino que lo que quiere el cliente es identificar los datos a traves de ese campo ¿no?
A primera vista no se puede hacer, la fecha aunque sea juliana (numero del dia 1-365 y año de dos) ocupa 5, con los dos restantes no identificas nada. ¿porqué no utilizas el NRR y una clave por todos los campos?, porque si el NRR es mayor que 7 tu veras. Si lo que quiere es un campo de control tipo cuenta bancaria, puedes utilizar ese mismo algoritmo, para los numericos, y cambiando a numeros las letras, pues tambien.
