Hace 3 meses tenia ese problema; mi experiencia te cuento, hemos contratado a
un ingeniero de sistemas para escribir un API en Java y el mismo deberia
generar en PDF; la conclusion final hemos logrados el proposito; usuarios que
ingresan desde el HATS o Webfacing; en una opcion de su menu acceden
directamente a su Spool que esta en el AS400.
Estoy seguro que en algun momento viste mi problema y he enviado al FORO; nadie
pero nadie parece tener el problema que se me presento. Inclusive le envie una
carta a Linda Cole; experta en tema de Hats y webfacing y por la version que yo
tengo no pudieron responder a mi necesidad.
Adjunto te envio la carta que ella me envio.
La solucion para mi tuvo un costo; lastimosamente fue asi.
Otra cosa mas; yo bajé un programa que esta en RPG para ver el spool desde
Hats; pero no es una buena solucion LSTSPLF; esta en la web y es gratuito.

Hi Linda, Thanks for forwarding the note to me. We don't support WebFacing 5.0
any more. I couldn't find a machine with WebFacing Advance 5.0 version
installed here. I tried a V6.0.1.x driver and the report service worked. If
the customer was following the steps to add a report service for a command key,
it should work. I am not sure what the customer meant by working, but one
reminder is to use the IE outside the IDE as the internal IE had a bug and
wouldn't pass the session to its child window. I would suggest the customer to
upgrade to the latest version of WebFacing. We have better support for system
screens such as DSPSPLF in the latest version of WebFacing as system screens
will be rendered by dynamic data stream transformation automatically. He can

Dear Mrs Linda, Greetings from South America; I would like to ask you about
an item of the "webfacing" that I am not understanding. I already install the
Webfacing 5.0 and i need to add to my application a funtion key F2 - Spool with
a link. F2, Report Service, ReportListOfReports.do,*NEW,Spool
WebContent/webfacing/services/report/html/ListReports.jsp I notice that in
other companies works properly. The problem is with the SPOOL. Thanks for

Quería ver si me pueden dar ir ideas o comentarios de cómo puedo manejar el
spool de as400. (atributos)
Tengo el siguiente caso, unos usuarios ingresan por HATS al as400 y necesitan
realizar la impresión de sus archivos en spool, se ha creado un programa en
JAVA que recibe como parámetros:
Usuario
Nombre del archivo en el spool
Número del archivo en el spool
Nombre del trabajo
Número del trabajo
Entonces para poder enviar estos datos al programa JAVA debo manejar el spool y
eso quería ver cómo puedo obtener los datos que requiere dicho programa JAVA
del spool del as400.
