Yo lo solucione, modificando el ILE-RPG, cambiando la fuente de los caracteres.
Con eso, los informes de 198/202 columnas salen perfectamente.
Un ejemplo de lo que tenes que corregir

Esta es la parte del codigo que corregi. Según la cantidad de caracteres de la
linea, utiliza tamaños de letra diferente. Entonces mantuve el valor 6 cuando
supera los 167 caracteres

Hola Ignacio,Supongo que el problema tiene algo que ver con la longitud de
registro de algún archivo de trabajo que se crea la utilidad, tienes los
fuentes mirar por ahi dentro a ver si puedes adaptarlo.Saludos
