Con el mandato CHGCOMSNMP (adjunto un ejemplo) o a través de los menús de TPC: GO TCPADM, opción 2. Configurar aplicaciones TCP/IP y luego opción 1. Configurar agente SNMP.

Cambiar comunidad para SNMP (CHGCOMSNMP)
Teclee elecciones, pulse Intro.
Nombre de comunidad . . . . . . COM > 'genebresnmp'
Convertir nombre de comunidad . ASCIICOM > *YES
Dirección internet gestor . . . INTNETADR *ANY
+ para más valores
Acceso a objeto . . . . . . . . OBJACC *READ
Anotar peticiones establecer . . LOGSET *NO
Anotar peticiones obtener . . . LOGGET *NO
