El documento contiene información no actualizada, revisa mejor lo que
indican los APAR de IBM para db2 web query

A ver, el grupo de PTFs SF99504 (base de datos) que tienes es antiguo, el
ultimo nivel es el 17.

Y como indica el documento de instalar DB2 web query, lo grupos de PTFs de
Java y HTTP debes actualizarlos tambien.
