Puedes revisar si el usuario en el as400 está habilitado en el perfil del usuario.

Pues bien, le solicita usuario y contraseña, incluso con el mismo usuario y contraseña del iseries, no le permite conectar. Sin embargo, creado un usuario, que solo exista en el iseries, y no en güindos, se conecta perfectamente. Voy a investigar con los del active directori a ver que pasa. Gracias.
