Depende para qué lo vayas a usar. Sin conocer detalles de la aplicación/aplicaciones que vas a correr en él avanzar que seguramente de procesador no tendrás problemas pero 4Gb de RAM podría ser relativamente justo. Al tanto que si pones más tendrás que instalar un sistema operativo de 64bits para que te la reconozca toda.
