I would like to finalize the Swixml 1.0 syntax. This is not to freeze any development efforts but to ensure Swixml users that their descriptors will work with future Swixml releases / versions.
While finalization of the 1.0 syntax will not freeze the development, for a little while it should shift the focus towards documentation and source-code quality. A follow-up will explain this in more detail. What I'm looking for today, however, is a critical review of the Swixml tags and attributes. Examples: Are there any Swing Objects that we should add into Swixml? The formattedtextfield Tag for instance was just recently added. Are there ambiguous attributes / setter methods? setDividerLocation(int) is called but you wanted setDividerLocation(double) ... Are there any more custom attributes that we should add.
