[Forum] Look and feel problem

In SwingEngine, the look and feel is always set to the system look and 
feel.  If a look and feel is set in an application outside of swix and 
multiple SwingEngine instances are used, this requires the look and feel 
 be re-set multiple times.  I don't think the look and feel should be 
set in SwingEngine unless explicitely set in an xml spec.
