The anupq issue is most likely the same one here:
https://github.com/gap-packages/anupq/issues/1
Which has been resolved, but a newer build incorporating it hasn't been
made. In that thread you can find the explicit solution, allowing you to
edit the affected file directly, or you can download the fixed package and
build with that.
Most if not all of the other packages you list I believe all require you to
get manually involved and follow their own specific instructions to ensure
you have suitable dependencies etc.
