Dear gap forum, I would like to ask about the Schur Multiplier of linear groups GL(n,q) and PGL(n,q). We know the exact Schur Multiplier of SL(n,q) and PSL(n,q) by the famous book of Karpilovsky. I will be more grateful for any known results or references. Best regards,
