E. A. O'Brien a, M. R. Vaughan-Lee in The groups with order p^7 for odd prime p, J. Algebra 292 (2005), 243-258 make the statement
"We have created a database of parametrised presentations for the groups with order p^7 for p >= 3. The database is currently designed for use with MAGMA [3]; the data can readily be incorporated into other computer algebra systems." Are there plans to add that collection to GAP as well? Thanks.
