I'm using PSPad under Wine occasionally and I've experienced the following
issues/problems (some of them might be specific to my linux installation though,
haven't tested on others):

1) No icon in task manager, so it is possible to Alt-Tab out of PSPad, but not
back into it. (Workaround - move it to separate desktop so you can Ctrl-> there
easily

2) Search dialog quite often appears BELOW the main window

3) Window does not have minimize/maximize buttons and if I've ran it maximized
last time on Windows, it will be too big for the linux desktop and the statusbar
will be off-screen. Workaround: have an extra installation of pspad used only
under linux and manually set window size.

4) In the Open dialog, typing ../ and pressing enter causes an error message
("not valid filename"). I'm not sure if windows could cope with forward slashes
in paths - Jan, this would be worth trying to allow "/" in paths.

Otherwise I've not encountered any problems so far.
