Is this the right place for a feature request? I reckon it'd be nice if there was a permanent tray icon. That is, the icon doesn't dissappear when PSPad is maximised. Clicking on the icon could bring PSPad to the foreground (if it's already open). In addition, it'd be nice if you could start PSPad minimised to the tray icon - that way I could remove my current Quick Launch icon.
