Hi! I use pspad 4.5.1 (2206), and I have the 10060 error too. I imported a connection from total commander.
I think the problem is about the proxy server. In TC, when setting the proxy servers, I have many option like: - SOCKS4 - SOCKS5 (basic authentication) [this one works!] ... - HTTP connect I set the proxy server in pspad properly, but it doesn't work.
