Hi Community, I have a little problem with the function "search and replace in files". I want to search and replace a string in files of a folder. Some files are corrupt after they have been replaced with my little string. After a certain place in the file all data has been deleted by the function. Following I could find out: I openend the original file which has been corrupted. If I open the file in the HEX editor I can see the certain place begins with code "0000"... . All after this "0000" has been removed. If I use the manual search and replace function it works all correct. The problem can be reconstructed with any other file which has any "0000". Can you help me? Is this a bug?
