PHP entry/closing short tags are of the format <? ... ?>. However, PSPad is
currently interpreting both <? and ?> contained in quotes (part of a literal) as
closing or ending. This leads to nothing more serious than a confusing change
of highlighting, as the PHP compiler continues to interpret everything properly.
However, given that <? and ?> are not uncommon combinations in regular
expressions and that highlighting is so useful, it would be nice to have this
fixed sometime.
