I believe it uses MCI to contain the larger browser window within your screens limits. You then have scroll bars on the container.
I have found you can leave the preview window open and go back to the editor (using mouse or Alt + Tab) and when you go back to the preview browser it reload the current open sheet in PSPad. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Well, using Alt+TAB there wouldn't be much point in using PSpad's internal browser, since we could use any other external browser. The problem with Alt+TAB is that it doesn't always change to the browser window or, if you use a browser with tabbing feature, it doesn't always change to the specific tab you opened your preview. If Alt+TAB was pratical, i don't think people would put internal browsers inside most of the code editors we see around.
